Below The Radar’s Home Brew Brew-Off
As part of Huntsville Beer Week, Below The Radar Brewing Company is hosting its first-ever home brew competition. All amateur brewers are welcome to enter a sample of any type of beer they made themselves. (Full entrance guidelines are posted on the brewery's Facebook page.) The winner will receive $500 for his or her recipe and a plaque at the brewery. In addition, Below The Radar will produce a large batch of the winning beer and sell it at the brewery. The best brew will be chosen on Jan. 27 at 11 a.m. —Clair McLafferty
