Edible Lower Alabama explores the eating and drinking culture of Alabama from Montgomery to Mobile.
The magazine is independently owned, community based and a member of the Edible Communities network of publications in North America. Our mission is to celebrate local culinary traditions and tell stories, be it through a farm-to-table restaurant, urban brewery or roadside BBQ joint.
The print edition of Edible Lower Alabama is published four times a year and is available by subscription, on our website and at dozens of distribution spots throughout the state. Through our publication, we work to connect readers with regional growers, chefs and food artisans, enabling those relationships to grow the vibrant food economy of Lower Alabama.
