Clair McLafferty is a writer and bartender based in Birmingham, Ala. She is the author of The Classic & Craft Cocktail Recipe Book and the creator and host of the spirits and cocktail video series Mixed & Batched. When she's not making cocktails or researching them, she's usually curled up with her two dogs watching sci-fi.
