Back Forty Beer Pairing Dinner
To ring in 2018, Back Forty Beer Company in Gadsden is launching a series of monthly beer dinners at the brewery. All four courses are developed by the in-house test kitchen to pair well with different Back Forty beers. January’s dinner brings together hearty winter flavors like a beef and barley stew paired with their Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale. —Clair McLafferty

Bananas Foster
*fried banana, brown sugar, dark rum sauce served with vanilla bean ice cream
