Regional Cooking Classes at Cobalt
Cobalt, The Restaurant, located under the Perdido Pass Bridge in Orange Beach, is known for its contemporary coastal cuisine. But it also offers regional menus that celebrate dishes from around the world. Now you can learn how to make these delicacies straight from Cobalt's chefs every Tuesday night. The restaurant's cooking classes include a food sampling and paired beverage. Once you've passed, you can transport your home kitchen to Vietnam or Eastern Europe whenever you'd like. Reservations are suggested.
